Abandoned once again  by half of the usual cast, we determine that the podcast will now be a Bi-Weekly affair and they we will no longer rely on anyone additionally to do this podcast series nor change our days and times to accommodate, its just been too many episodes of trying to appease everyone.  Calix arrives half way through Bobby’s rant as we discuss his love of flash games and what he has been playing.  The series is now at a shift, and it may or may not last depending on the listers.  We close this episode out with a trip to IN N Out.

After a long Saturday of watching Calix on a Frank and Son’s shopping spree, as well as playing half of Killzone 3′s main campaign via co-op with Calix and Mike we sit down to do the podcast as usual.  Rigo is busy once again at another sporting event, but Calix stays with us after a long day of spending.  We discuss what we are excited for, and the games that are going to be released this year that we are not all that crazy about at least not yet.  Half way through the cast we go into intervention mode to try and help Mike understand he is getting old and his chances to be successful in the job market are slipping fast.  If your not the sentimental type you might want to avoid this one, but its a recorded record of our thoughts even if Mike doesn’t listen to us.  This episode is fairly depressing by the end, but it is what it is.

In this very short edition of the Basically Bullsh*t podcast, Bobby, Tim, Marco and Mike discuss all of the upcoming content and changes that are coming to the site here in 2011 including the long awaited “Classic Capture” series that Bobby has wanted to do for a very long time.  We talk about the current uploaded videos and some of the difficulties we have run into learning the ropes of video capture.  Midway through the podcast we decide that we are starving with the mention of our visit to the nearest Ci Ci’s Pizza in Chino Hills near our favorite Saturday stop “Frank and Son Collectible Show”.  After finding we wouldn’t make it in time before closing, Marco makes it a mission to find food at a late hour on a Sunday.  Rigo appears out of nowhere and liven ups the group with his typical Rigo humor.  After finally deciding on Pinks (In Hollywood) we cut this one short.  Expect more next week, and hopefully a full cast on the next podcast.

In this Basically Bullshit episode the tides of change are washing over all of us. We discuss our plans to expand our video previews with the purchase of a new capture card, Marco reveals that he is rich and throws money at people to shut them up, Mike transforms into Usher and pees on everyone, Tim has a golden voice and doesn’t need to mic check himself, Rigo and Calix don’t show once more, leading to future discussions with them and their roles in the podcast, Bobby is changing to Verizon, and overall things are changing for the best. This one is shorter than the recent ones but still very good and informative.

Season 3 is finally in full swing, as Bobby has completed the new podcast intro song (Written and played by him with Recording assistance by Marco), as well as our new Podcast Art which was conceptualized by Marco and Bobby, but completely created by Marco.  For all the bullshit we usually spout, Bobby Goes into much detail about the improvements to LitteBigPlanet 2, time spent in Mass Effect 2 on the PS3.  We debate the Name and relative nature of Sony’s recently announced NGP (Next Generation Portable).  There’s alot of logical discussion, which if you are regular listener is not the norm.  We close out this episode with a better understanding of gaming and hardware, something that rarely happens around these parts.

In this episode of the Basically Bullshit podcast we continue season 3 the only way we know how, by bullshitting. Rigo isn’t able to join us due to being in daycare. Marco hears some of his people arguing next door, which he fixes by threatening them with ICE agents. Tim’s GSM phone causes more disturbances, due to his rampant texting. The crew plans a road trip to Echo Park , to eat churros.  Mike is revealed to be two shades lighter than Wesley Snipes, which he denies.  Tim wants an iPad, due to his pretentiously heavy flow.  its a short one with less people, but a good one nonetheless.

The very first episode of Season 3, marking the first official podcast of the year.  Tons of Apathy abound, struggling to come up with marketing slogans or “Log Line’s” for Calix.  Rigo sits this session out, as he is in Vegas losing all of his dough.  Bobby discusses how the Microsoft Windows store is a shameless Apple Store rippoff, and Sasha weighs the Pro’s and Cons of dating Batman universe characters.  As per usual expect loose structure and alot of bullshit as we close out the first podcast of Season 3, and the year.

We begin this intense Game Of The Year edition podcast with strength and vigor, and surprisingly enough end it stronger than usual as well. We are joined by the usual cast, and we see the return of the prodigal son, Calix, joined by his sister Sasha. Calix reveals to us that he is Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, which explains a lot of things and puts things into perspective. After Bobby confesses that the podcast is actually a one man operation featuring him and his alter egos, Mike reveals that the keymaster is away and therefore is enjoying life, Rigo starting the podcast the only way he knows how, by falling asleep, on the keyboard we have Tim the Magical, and the face of hope for many balding men, Marco. After this bullshit we get straight into it. We thoroughly discuss our candidates for Game Of The Year. After much deliberation we decide that Heavy Rain wins by a landslide, as Heavy Rain was the most brought up game of 2010. We follow this up by discussing the best game we played not made in 2010, which automatically goes to Fallout 3, as this is the second most talked about game of 2010 regardless of it being buggy as hell. DLC of the year goes to Dead Nation which everyone in the staff enjoyed very thoroughly. Best game trailer of 2010 was a bit of a discussion as we all had different reasons to love our respective trailers, but ultimately Bioshock Infinite wins this title. Movie of the year goes to Toy Story 3, which proves to us that grown men can cry at the sight of CGI toys being given away. The final category falls to Tron: Legacy being the winner of best movie trailer of 2010. After taking a few hours to knock these discussions out of the way we begin to bullshit like a typical podcast. Bobby admits that he is afraid of roaches, but is fine with locusts for some reason. After some more bullshit we get a bit more serious again as we discuss the games that surprised us this year. We discuss a few memes, as we are trying to teach Mike the ways of the internet. We also get the news we may have a new cast member joining us soon, either in person or through Skype. Overall a very good podcast which will hopefully see the return of Calix joining us more often. Basically Bullsh*t – Episode 43 (Part 1)

In this deep and thoughtful episode of the Basically Bullshit podcast we discuss our plans for the Game of the Year episode as well as discuss our plans for the rest of the year. We celebrate Marco’s birth, as he finally owns a Sony Playstation 3 system, exactly one year after he claimed to have no interest in one. Marco discusses why he loves the PS3′s superior media playback capabilities, as well as his purchases for the system. After discussing what we have all been playing Marco leads us into a discussion which gets super deep and, potentially, scary. Chrome OS leads us down the scary road of Google eventually taking over the world with its ultimate power. We discuss the amount of information Google has, and the potential power someone could hold if they were to steal that information. All in all we come to the conclusion that Google might have our information, yet we still can’t live without them. This discussion is further fueled by our new couch, which apparently promotes deep thinking. A very good listen for those who want to be enlightened, yet with plenty of bullshit sprinkled throughout the episode.

On this sexy episode of the Basically Bullshit podcast we decide to have our own VGA after party, but only for our members. We discuss the VGA’s, both the awards and the winners, following the disappointment of the PS3 Food Fight event, which had over 500 people in line over 5 hours before the event started. We discuss how Lloyd has ditched us, only to be surprised as he surprises us during the podcast. Marco decides to open up multiple funds in the names of his co-hosts, as he is a humanitarian. Rigo once again decides to ditch us, as he loves sweaty men more than us. While we try to stay away from it, Fallout 3 once again comes up in conversation, as it rocks. We also discuss all the games that are set to come out in 2011 that Bobby plans to purchase, which will ultimately leave him broke. Once again a typical episode, which isn’t a bad thing.

We discuss Marco’s review of Call Of Duty Black Ops,  talk about Calix’s return to the Basically Bullshit family, discuss the possibility of Bobby purchasing a 3d TV ps3 package with his tax return money, reveal that Bobby’s real name is Robert James Major Antonio Jesus Horchata Naranja Ezequiel De La Guadalupe Gonzales III, we make plans on when we are going to do the Game Of The Year episode, Rigo decides to join ashleymadison.com as he wants to have an affair, Tim decides to take a long space shit and enjoys it, Mike discusses how hot his mom’s friend is, we have a heated debate over the PSP Phone/ Sony Ericsson Zeus, and Rigo sits in as audio guy for some time. All in all a very good episode with lots of good points made and hundreds of hearts being broken by our angelic voices

On this typical episode of the Basically Bullshit podcast we discuss the upcoming start of Season 3 of the Basically Bullshit podcast. We discuss all our plans on the changes we plan to make for the podcast, such as a new theme song, new podcast cover, and possibly more video content. We discuss our upcoming Game Of The Year episode, which could possibly be the most epic episode yet, while discussing this we reminisce about our old guests who have all left for their own reasons, a very sad moment indeed. We discuss the possibility of Bobby getting a Latin girlfriend, preferably one who can make tortillas by hand, what with Louis having experience in those advents. Mike decides to cross the line by making a comment about Tim, which causes Tim to rebut with full force, which ultimately ends in laughter. Louis discusses his adventures into the world of sleeping with your friend’s sister while your other friend is in the same bed, in this case, Marco. We discuss sexual grunting in public restrooms, almost getting wangs on your shirt, planning to watch House Party 4, getting handjobs at Six Flags while old women watch, and playing Birthing Mama. Overall a pretty typical episode of the podcast.

In this more special than usual episode of the Basically Bullshit podcast we give all you lovely listener the ability to see our godly and beautiful mugs along with the ability to listen to our angelic voices. Rigo decides to leave his dark world of sweaty men in spandex wrestling with each other in order to join us, a first in over 5 episodes or so.  Calix unfortunately also wasn’t able to join us, due to him having a job, a job which requires him to sleep in crazy locations.  In gaming news we all decide to talk about Fallout for the majority of the episode, once again, as Mike has decided to begin to play Fallout 3, and Bobby has beaten Fallout New Vegas.  We discuss all the glitches and crazy events we each encountered in our hours of playing the games and talk about how Fallout 3 is much better looking than New Vegas. We also discuss the other games we have been playing, such as Call Of Duty Black Ops, Assassins Creed Brotherhood, and Rock Band 3. We discuss Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, with all its British wackiness. We also go into a nice discussion about the pros and cons about the 3D movie world, discussion the difference between being shot in 3D and converted, as well as how certain movies benefit while others don’t. All in all a very good listen with some funny and good points made.

In this 30th episode special Basically Bullshit podcast we tear things up like we have’nt in quite some time. We are joined by new guests Mike and Sasha. Things get interesting as we talk to our two new guests, and one of them decides to come out of the closet on our podcast, to our amazement.  Everyone in this episode begins to feel spent, typical for our podcast. We discuss beta testing games and how that reflects the development cycle of games. We disucss the games of 2010 so far, and decide which of them are gems and which simply suck. Bobby discusses how he has been on a Dreamcast shopping fest, and has decided he likes older games more than the few titles coming out recently. Overall this is one of the longer, more energetic, and more interesting episodes. Make sure you give it a listen.

In this codeine-tastic episode of the Basically bullshit podcast we decide to kick things up a notch by giving Marco some codeine for his wisdom tooth pain. Calix decides to bring a female friend, for the first and probably last time. Bobby tries to figure out the beauty of Quatro, yet remembers that Catan was crap so decides it sucks as well. Timmy decides to record low, so Marco is put in charge of Post, with noticeably better results. Timmy decides Bioshock Infinite is going to suck, based on the fact Tim never finishes any games everyone decides his arguments is invalid. Marco rambles on about stuff due to the codeine, yet sounds only slightly more random than usual. And, as usual, we bullshit our way through this shorter than usual installment of the BB podcast.

We hassle Adam about getting Metal Gear Solid 4, as well as discuss his love of Twilight. We discuss the Major family birthday holiday extravaganza.We discuss space exploration, talk to Roman, our resident Guido, talk about Medal Of Honor betas, Horses, yellow right handed iPhones, wasting hours on the endless setlist, Snake’s nicotine intake, Fallout exploration, Adam’s dildo collection is put on display, Bobby’s Sandwich Scale is questioned, Kern gets some good work experience, Seattle people are discovered to all be shirtless all the time, Adam tries to save money on shipping by getting a  PO box in Oregon and then shipping to his home, as well as more bullshit.

In this meme packed episode of the Basically Bullshit podcast we do the one thing we never do, talk about actual video games. Marco celebrates his 19th birthday the best way possible, by being part of our podcast, Alex, Adam, and Adam’s friends also join us and, as usual disrupt our flow. Tim gets reminded of his love of tentacles  Calix struggles with short term memory, Bobby tries to keep the skypers focused, and fails, while reciting many memes with Marco, as usual. Adam and Alex discuss seeing Paramore tits, while relying on Wikipedia. And throughout the podcast the Skypers decide to circle jerk. Louis and Marco text Lloyd’s woman from random phones and creep her out. Steve Job’s letter to Adobe is discussed thoroughly. Lloyd is renamed Lester. Alex challenges Marco’s Spider Man Spam. And of course more bullshit ensues. This episode is full of bad language and bad remarks so if you are easily offended please avoid this one, but if you don’t care then come on board.

We start off with a vocal rendition of “Intervention” and move on to E3 predictions.  This maybe Marco’s last appearance on the podcast and in life in general considering he will be having his first sleep over ever.  How do we sound, we are finally on our way to having a legitimate sounding podcast with real recording equipment instead of our good old Rockband Mic’s and GarageBand on the Mac.  This is good preparation for Episode 20, next week.
